The complex taste and elegant color of this sparkling wine are the outcome of the blend of four varieties: Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese. These grapes are early harvested and crushed after going through a selection process so as to enhance the acidity that will provide a remarkable freshness on the palate. The Charmat method develops and preserves guava and red fruits aromas offering a light and harmonious experience on the palate that leads to a toast.
